Company History

2004 – Foundation
Ute Roehl establishes the trainer placement service. Previously, she worked as a trainer—first for eight years in leadership development at an automotive corporation and then as a freelance trainer for another 14 years. Her goal is to develop personnel development programs, connect companies with trainers, and recommend the most suitable trainer for each specific business need.

2007 – International Expansion
The trainer placement service goes international as more and more clients seek to roll out successful programs or projects from Germany to their branches and subsidiaries abroad. Ute Roehl builds a global network of cooperation partners in key economic regions.

2010 – Office in Hanover
As the business continues to grow, the office in Lehrte becomes too small, prompting a move to a new office in Hanover.

2013 – The Next Generation
Nadja Roehl joins the company. A trained event manager, she previously worked for four years at a major concert and event agency, specializing in artist booking and event organization. Initially responsible for training management, she is now part of the executive management team alongside Ute Roehl.

2014 – Transformation Processes
As the pace of change in the workplace accelerates, companies increasingly seek long-term support for transformation projects. To meet this demand, the trainer placement service expands its expert pool to include interim project managers and project coaches who provide continuous on-site support for project implementation.

the management
As managing directors, we always strive to act as if we were our own customers.
Continuing education has changed over the years; it has become more international and digital, among other things, which has also increased the (customer) demands on trainers, coaches and consultants. In the future, this development will continue and further new challenges will arise for trainers.
Accordingly, we ensure that the trainers and coaches in our pool of experts are always up to date, both professionally and technically, in order to always provide our customers with the right partner.
We as managing directors also continue to train ourselves, are present at trade fairs and congresses and are integrated into international networks for a constant,
comprehensive exchange on trends in continuing education.
This is essential for us to offer our customers security and trust when choosing a trainer.
