How much does the training cost?

Do you offer training related to AI?
Yes, we do have qualified trainers for AI-related topics. To evaluate the right fit for your request, please get in touch with one of my human colleagues.
Do you offer technical training like MS Office, IT, or occupational safety?
No, we do not offer technical skills training. Our focus lies on cross-functional development – particularly in leadership and collaboration.
How does Roehl Consulting finance itself if the training reflects standard market prices?
We handle tasks like invoicing, preparing proposals, and alignment meetings for our trainers and coaches. In return, they grant us a discount, and we finance ourselves through a commission model.

Are your trainers certified and do they continue their education regularly?
Yes, our trainers and coaches continuously develop themselves both in terms of content and methodology/didactics. All our trainers are certified to ensure we offer the best possible support to our clients.
I need a coach for my leadership team – can you recommend someone?
I’m confident we have a suitable match in our trainer pool. However, for individual recommendations, my human colleagues will take care of it. Please send a quick email or call our office directly.
I urgently need a trainer/coach for a specific date.
We’ve been able to help many clients on short notice. Since I don’t have access to our trainers’ and coaches’ calendars, please reach out to one of my human colleagues so we can assist you quickly.

How can I join your trainer pool?
Our pool is already quite full, and we prefer to know our trainers personally to ensure we provide the best fit for our clients. We primarily accept trainers who have been recommended by existing trainers or coaches.
How can I apply as a trainer?
Ideally, only through a recommendation by an existing trainer or coach who knows you and is open to having a conversation about your experience with us.
What are the requirements for working with you?
Ideally, an application should come via a recommendation from one of our existing trainers or coaches. In general, we require experience in business contexts and the use of modern training and coaching methods.
What does onboarding for new trainers look like?
We start by reviewing your trainer or coach profile. If there’s a fit, we’ll schedule a web call with our management to discuss further details.
Are you currently looking for new trainers?
We are focused on our clients’ needs – not on expanding our trainer pool. Our demand depends entirely on what our clients are looking for. Should this change, we reach out to our existing trainers, coaches, and partners for recommendations.
