Procedure


In a one-on-one interview we define exactly your needs and requirements based on your goals and objectives, thus developing the profile of the trainer or consultant.

 

- Which core competencies are required?

- Which training and further education are necessary?

- Which personal training style is requested?

- Which training philosophy is important?

- Which professional experience is helpful?

 

On this basis, I suggest a trainer. Only experienced trainers or consultants will be considered who I know personally, e.g. from a common seminar activity or else as a trainer of a seminar I attended in the course of my personal further education.

 

I cooperate with different trainer companies and consultant networks as well as with numerous individual trainers.

 

Assuring training quality and success through post-seminar controlling is a matter of course.
